Nate Dey scored two goals, including the game-winner, as St. Cloud State defeated Colorado College 4-2 to end a six-game losing skid and claim a split of the weekend series.

Dey's goal at 17:55 of the opening period put St. Cloud ahead 3-1 after Andreas Nodl and Nick Osland scored for the Huskies earlier in the period.

Addison DeBoer's shot at 11:48 had pulled Colorado College into a 1-1 tie, and the Tigers pulled within one at 3-2 as Chad Rau scored on the power play at 6:33 of the middle period.

Dey's insurance goal about six minutes later padded St. Cloud's winning margin.

St. Cloud goaltender Jase Weslosky had 30 saves as the Tigers outshot the Huskies 32-22. Tiger Richard Bachman knocked away 18 St. Cloud shots.
