Kenyon Martin Injury Not Serious

Denver Nuggets forward Kenyon Martin is listed as doubtful for tonight's game against Indiana after an MRI on his surgically repaired right knee found a bone bruise.

He'll be day-to-day after that.

Martin was hurt Saturday night at Houston and sat out the second half.

Martin has missed 106 games the last two seasons because of microfracture surgeries on both knees.

The Nuggets could ill afford to have Martin out for an extended period now.

Forward Nene is out for several more weeks with a thumb injury and coach George Karl already has been forced to use creative lineups to make up for a rash of injuries at guard.
