Melo Tops Lebron Again; Nuggets Top Cavs By 22

Allen Iverson scored a season-high 37 points and J.R. Smith added 29 to help the Denver Nuggets beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 122-100 last night at the Pepsi Center.

Iverson finished 14-for-20 from the field and added eight assists. Carmelo Anthony had 22 points and nine rebounds as the Nuggets won their third straight.

LeBron James led Cleveland with 27 points. Ira Newble added 17 points for the Cavaliers.

The 122 points were the most Cleveland has surrendered since allowing 120 to Philadelphia on November 19th, 2005.

    Candy bar boy tops LeBron? This wasn't a "one-on-one". Melo, as the people so affectionately refer to, is still a thug.
