Brandon Marshall calls it a "terrible mistake."
The Denver Broncos receiver spoke to the media yesterday for 19 seconds -- about his arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol earlier this week.
Marshall was issued a summons and was released after he was pulled over in downtown Denver shortly after 2 a.m. Monday.
That was just hours after the Broncos' Sunday night win over Pittsburgh.
His court date is November 21st.
Marshall says he knows the seriousness of the charge, and expects to be able to talk more about it later.
Broncos coach Mike Shanahan says he hopes Marshall realizes the severity of his decision, and that if he's presented with the same situation, "he'll use better judgment."
