When Colorado players gathered the day after upsetting Oklahoma, they didn't initially watch film of that victory.
Instead, they got a reminder.
Coach Dan Hawkins ran the game film from last year's overtime loss to Baylor. His son, quarterback Cody Hawkins, says the coach focused on all of the plays the Buffaloes missed against the Bears.
The Buffaloes are now 3-and-2, 1-and-0 in the Big 12 conference, and finally have a big victory to build on under second-year coach Dan Hawkins.
They don't want another letdown against Baylor when they play tomorrow night.
The Bears are 3-and-2 overall, 0-and-1 in conference play.
They haven't had a winning season since the Big 12 was formed in 1996.
Baylor went 1-and-5 the rest of the way last year -- after the win over Colorado.
