Ty Warren's career may be over with latest injury

Ty Warren's football future is in doubt after he tore his right triceps in his first game since 2009.

Coach John Fox said Monday that Warren would miss "significant time" but wasn't sure if his season was over or if he could go in recallable I.R.

Warren was injured in the first half of Denver's 31-19 win over Pittsburgh on Sunday night.

He missed all last season after tearing the same triceps during training camp. He didn't play in 2010, either, when the New England Patriots placed him on I.R. with a hip injury.

Warren was the 13th overall pick by the Patriots in 2003 after a standout career at Texas A&M. He helped New England win two Super Bowls before signing a two-year deal in Denver in 2011.
