INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -- Peyton Manning and Andrew Luck took similar paths to the NFL.
They grew up with football fathers, left their home state to play college ball and were both selected No. 1 overall by Jim Irsay's Colts. In February, they even teamed up together on the AFC's Pro Bowl team.
But these days, the conversations -- if they happen at all -- are short and sweet. And this week, they're trying to avoid talking about one another in what will be the most hyped regular game of the season Sunday at Lucas Oil Stadium.
It marks the first time Manning has returned to Indy since he was released by the Colts and signed with Denver in March 2012.
