Brandon Marshall Allegedly Stabbed By Wife

Authorities say the wife of Brandon Marshall stabbed the Miami Dolphins wide receiver with a kitchen knife. His agent says the player is recovering.

Twenty-six-year-old Michi Nogami-Marshall was arrested Friday evening and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. According to the Broward County Sheriff's Office arrest report, Nogami-Marshall told officers she was defending herself. Marshall had earlier told officers he slipped and fell onto a broken glass vase. But the officers noted that evidence at the couple's home didn't back up that claim.

Nogami-Marshall was released from jail on $7,500 bail.

The NFL lockout restricts team contact with players. However, Dolphins officials say they were told by the league their team doctor is allowed to see Marshall and consult with Marshall's other doctors.

Maybe she needed to do this the first time he even looked at her wrong. No respect for them and they certainly have no respect for there fans or there young crowd who thinks they walk on water. What a joke.

"Bronco hater" is a statement JAmes. I fail to see any name calling from anyone but you and Cornell. I guess Native touched on a sensitive spot for you with the Bronco's huh? Fear not, they won't always be so sad and will possibly show up for a game one of these days.

Outstanding! I think they should charge him with obstruction of justice and interfering with an investigation at least, for lying about how he got cut. Lowlife. Too bad she missed anything vital, next beating will be one for the books.

More of the same. If she hadn't dropped charges the last time he slapped her around a few yrs. ago, maybe it wouldn't have happened. Nah, it probably would have. Very bad character guy right there. Was never sorry to see him leave.
