Denver Broncos tight end Daniel Graham won't be charged with any crime after his arrest on suspicion of harassment against his former girlfriend.
Graham was arrested January 11th after the woman said he struck a bedpost during an argument about the sale of their home. She also said she told him numerous times to leave, but he refused.
Prosecutors told a judge Friday they won't file charges.
Graham's lawyer, Harvey Steinberg, says Graham was arrested before a full and fair investigation was done.
Graham declined to comment as he walked out of the courtroom, but Steinberg questioned how Graham was supposed to get his reputation back.
Graham went to high school in Denver and played for the University of Colorado.
He spent five seasons with the New England Patriots before signing a five-year deal with the Broncos last March.
