The Colorado Rockies announced today that they have selected the contract of infielder Garrett Hampson from Triple-A Albuquerque and placed infielder DJ LeMahieu on the 10-day disabled list with a left oblique strain. Additionally, they have designated infielder Daniel Castro for assignment.
