The Secret to Easter Egg Hunting:

Once the eggs are all decorated, what could be more fun than hiding and hunting for them?

First, make sure to count all the eggs BEFORE you hide them so you know if you've found them all when the day is done. Rotten Easter eggs aren't pleasant to find later.

There are always sneaky spots to hide eggs. If you are hiding them outside, putting one in a closed mailbox (if it's not too close to a busy street!) or on top of a parked car's tire can really stump your friends. Try perching eggs in the limbs of smaller trees or shrubs, or at the edge of a flower bed or potted plant (try matching the color to the flowers so the egg blends in better). Hide them on windowsills or by the garden hose.

If you are hiding indoors, you might want to use plastic eggs just in case some go missing. You can decorate them with stickers and even fill them with candy treats.
