The summer program at Stratton Meadows Elementary School in Colorado Springs is closed Tuesday and Wednesday because of the H1N1 flu.

The school is being closed to be sanitized. A staff member contracted H1N1, but received treatment and is no longer sick.

The district sent a letter home with all students and called all parents with the information. They also ask that any student who displays flu-like symptoms be kept home.

The closing affects about 90 students. Only Stratton Meadows Elementary is closed.
