District 11 School Bus Involved In Crash
Colorado Springs firefighters say a car sliding on ice caused a crash involving a school bus at Collegiate Drive and Union. The road was so slippery, an ambulance responding to the crash slid into the car.

A District 11 school bus was involved in an accident Monday afternoon.

Police were called to the intersection of Collegiate Drive and Union.

Firefighters on scene tell 11 News the car was coming down a hill and the driver tried to stop, but lost control and slid into the front of the bus.

The road was so slippery, an ambulance responding to the crash slid into the car.

There were reports of minor injuries, but firefighters tell 11 News no one was seriously hurt.
