Posted: 02/24/2017 - Shane Starrett posted his third shutout of the season to lead No. 17 Air Force to a 5-0 win over Sacred Heart in an Atlantic Hockey Conference game Friday, Feb. 24, at the Academy’s Cadet Ice Arena. With the win, Air Force is just one point behind league-leading Canisius in the Atlantic Hockey standings. With a win on Saturday, Air Force would win its third Atlantic Hockey regular-season title in the last 11 years. The win was also the 400th career win for head coach Frank Serratore. He becomes just the 21st coach in NCAA hockey history, and the ninth active, to reach the milestone.

Posted: 02/24/2017 - University of Colorado Colorado Springs sophomore guard Elijah Ross scored 20 points, but No. 18 Colorado School of Mines used a strong shooting performance to claim the 79-63 decision against the Mountain Lions (11-15, 10-11 RMAC) tonight in Lockridge Arena. Padiet Wang added 12 points for the UCCS offense.
