Posted: 5:53 PM - The Colorado Rockies announced today that they have selected the contract of outfielder Mike Tauchman from Triple-A Albuquerque and have optioned right-handed pitcher Jairo Díaz to Triple-A. It will be Tauchman’s first appearance on the Major League roster. Additionally, the Rockies have transferred outfielder David Dahl to the 60-day disabled list (stress reaction in rib cage).
