T-shirts created and sold by Wild Fire Tees last year played a significant role in bringing in funds to help with Waldo Canyon Fire relief. The Colorado-based company is now doing the same for the Black Forest Fire.
A new design has been created and will be available for the first time at Springs Spree this coming weekend.
The company came together last summer as the Waldo fire raged in the Pikes Peak region, and say the shirts sold were "instrumental in bringing in significant funds for quick and efficient disbursement to those with immediate needs due to evacuations, loss of homes and personal belongings." They hope for a similar response this year.
Springs Spree will be held Saturday and Sunday at Memorial Park. Those associated with the event say they hope to use it as a fundraising effort for Black Forest Fire victims.
