Sniffles sounding around your house? It’s the common cold and it’s going around – STILL going around.

You or your kids could be experiencing body aches, a cough, stuffy nose, sneezing and sore throat.

As you know, there is no cure for the common cold. So the best thing you can do is treat the symptoms.

As our doctors have told us, get lots of fluids, plenty of rest and take pain relievers for body aches.

Symptoms of a cold can last up to three weeks. So if you or a family member is dealing with this, you want to keep it from spreading. Wash your hands, sneeze into a tissue or the crook of your elbow and disinfect surfaces you share with other people.
