No matter what part of town you live in... You or someone you know has probably experienced it. The stomach flu is going around in both adults and kids.
Here's a list of the symptoms you could see: abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting and fever. You could also experience diarrhea.
If you experience these symptoms, stay home from work or school. Bed rest is your best bet, along with clear fluids and meds that can help fight nausea and vomiting.
Talk to your doctor about the best course of treatment for you and your family.
Remember that this is a viral infection, so it can pass from person to person pretty easily. And antibiotics won't work. So make sure you're disinfecting surfaces at home and work and washing your hands.
