Flu season continues. In fact, we're starting to hear about it more. One local health care provider talked about four positive flu cases showing up in the last couple of weeks.
So here's what to be on the lookout for: a runny nose, congestion, fever, headaches, body aches, chills, fatigue and possible a sore throat and cough.
Influenza is very contagious. And it can cause some serious complications. So it's best to talk to your doctor about the best treatment plan for you. But until you get in to be seen, if you don't want to spread this virus, stay home, get plenty of rest and wash your hands frequently.
And don't forget - it's not too late to get your flu shot.
