We've talked a lot about how we share illnesses as a family, especially with all that holiday closeness. But there's something else to keep in mind, your co-workers.
Sometimes you spend more time with them than you do your family and viruses spread fast in those close quarters. That's what we're seeing this week. It's more of that same stomach bug we've been talking about.
As we've talked about, the main symptom is vomiting. But you'll also experience nausea and abdominal pain that can be followed by diarrhea.
So if you're back to work after Christmas, keep in mind this virus is extremely contagious.
