Last week, we talked about allergies. This week, we want to talk about something else that may have you sniffling... a cold. We're hearing about that from lots of folks.
You don't want to assume that it's allergies. So take a look at the symptoms, according to the Mayo-Clinic: a runny or stuffy nose, a sore throat, cough, congestion, body aches, sneezing and even a low-grade fever.
Most of the time, these symptoms can be controlled with over-the-counter meds. But if your fever gets higher, or you become dehydrated, it's time to see the doctor.
