As adults, you're probably more worried about making sure everyone in your house is healthy. But you can't forget to take care of yourself.
If you don't you could end up with What's Going Around.
Dr. Caryn Baldauf is seeing a lot of viral bronchitis recently. She's with Colorado Springs Health Partners in the Southwest Office.
Dr. Baldauf says the symptoms include chest tightness, a dry cough, sore throat... And some may even experience nasal congestion.
She says it lasts about ten days. So the sooner you can treat it the better. Dr. Baldouf typically recommends cough syrup, throat lozenges and use of a humidifier.
