Updated: 05/14/2013 - I'm still focused on meeting my goal of doing a pull-up. And I'm almost there! But I'm always getting this question:
If your child is feeling under the weather, they're not alone. For three weeks in a row now, we've been getting reports a fever going around.
That's according to Dr. Steven Reich with Colorado Springs Health Partners. He says he's seen kids from infants to 7-years-old with this fever and no obvious source. But it sticks around for 3-4 days. He tells me he thinks it's a virus.
Do what you can to keep your child comfortable. But the best advice is to talk to your doctor on the best course of treatment. Again, for three weeks now - Dr. Reich has been seeing this fever. But it does go away after four days.
