When you think cold and flu season, you think of winter. But the last couple of months, we've been talking about a nasty spring cold. It looks like it could stick around into the summer.

We're hearing about this cold from Dr. Steven Reich. He's with Colorado Springs Health Partners.
As we've told you, it starts with an extremely runny nose, sneezing and a sore throat. Then a cough starts after a couple of days. These symptoms can last for up to ten days.

Tt is a cold, so antibiotics won't work. But here's what Dr. Reich recommends. He says cold medications can help, but that's for adults. For kids under 4, Dr. Reich doesn't recommend over-the-counter cold meds. For everyone though, he suggests you humidify the air.

And don't forget to wash those hands. You don't want to pass around any more of those germs.
