Lots of folks, especially those with kids, have been feeling rundown for a day or two. And the symptoms look a lot like when you have a cold or flu.
That's according to Dr. Steven Reich with Colorado Springs Health Partners.
He says he's seen kids with fever and aches. Those are the main symptoms. But he says it's too early for the flu. He also says it goes away in a couple of days.
The best advice is to treat the fever and aches with over-the-counter meds. Talk to your doctor if you're concerned about the symptoms you're seeing in your child. And don't forget to wash your hands, so you don't pass it around the family.
