Police have not yet substantiated a potential threat against a Colorado Springs school, but warned school security officers of the threat as a precaution.
The alleged threat stems from a flier, which talks about a potential threat to an unnamed school in the Springs. Police say somebody who did not hear the actual threat reported it to them Thursday. Officers immediately contacted area schools.
At this point in time, police have not determined whether the threat is legitimate or a hoax. 11 News is staying on top of this investigation and will provide further information as soon as it is made available.
