A 7-year-old boy was suspended from school after reportedly shaping a breakfast pastry into the shape of a gun.

Josh Welsh, from Baltimore, who suffers from attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, talked with CNN Monday.

Josh was suspended for two days. His teacher claims the boy made a "bang, bang" sound, but Josh says he didn't.

The boy said he was only trying to make the pastry into a mountain, but it turned out looking like a gun.

His father calls the punishment "insanity."
