The man known as the "Ether Man Rapist" was in court Friday to determine if there was enough evidence against him to go to trial.
Robert Bruce was arrested in 2009 after mounting evidence led police to believe he may be the one responsible for more than a dozen rapes in a 19 year period.
The rapes were all conducted in the same fashion: a chemical soaked rag was used to knock the women out. The women would wake up raped, and in some cases with chemical burns.
The hearing Friday was regarding a 2006 rape of a Pueblo woman. Bruce is also in jail for a peeping tom incident in 2007 and the attempted murder of police officer.
A trial date has been set for March 29 of next year. Bruce's lawyers have plead not guilty, and have requested a jury trial.
