The teen’s mother tells 11 News that her son was punched and even kicked in the face by another teen with a background in martial arts. It happened at the Lovell Park in Pueblo West on Monday. The teen's mom says he was sticking up for a girl who was being bullied at the park. The sheriff's office has done an investigation on the case and could make an arrest soon. The suspect is a teenage boy. Right now the district attorney is reviewing the case. The teen accused in the beating could face charges of second degree assault.
