Emmanuel Bitsuie, a 26-year-old classified as a sexually violent predator, is in custody for a violation of his parole. He was released last May from the Colorado Department of Corrections to live in Pueblo.
Bitsuie was supposed to be residing at the Rodeway Inn, located at 960 Hwy 50 West.
He was arrested on July 5, for a parole violation but details are not available. He is being held at the Fremont County Detention Center.
As conditions of his parole, Bitsuie was required to wear GPS location monitoring, check in daily and have no contact with anyone under the age of 18.
Bitsuie has been released from the Department of Corrections three times in the past two years. His most recent conviction was for attempted sexual assault. Police say he sexually assaulted a woman in her car.
He also had a previous conviction for felony menacing.
