Pueblo Police report a sexually violent predator has is in custody after technical parole violations. 11 News has previously reported the same man was arrested for parole violations twice in the past.
Julian Reyes, 52, was homeless at the time of the first violation in August of 2011. The second violation was reported in March of 2012. He was arrested by a parole officer for the latest violation on June 25.
Although police say Reyes violated the terms of his parole, the announcement did not detail how.
Reyes is 5-foot-10 and weighs 210 pounds. He is disabled and has a history of mental health problems.
His prior criminal convictions include 1st Degree Sexual Assault, 3rd Degree Sexual Assault, Unlawful Sexual Contact, Criminal Mischief, Child Abuse/Neglect, Robbery, and 2nd Degree Trespassing.
