The Pueblo Police Department has announced the release of a sexually violent predator into the community.
Emmanuel Bitsuie, 26, will be living at 1409 E. Evans Ave. #3.
Bitsuie was most recently convicted of attempted first-degree sexual assault, and before that served time for felony menacing. Police say he sexually assaulted an adult woman in her vehicle.
Under the terms of his release, Bitsuie will be on parole for the next two years.
