Pueblo police are searching for the suspect in a robbery at a northside Walgreens.
According to police, around 1:50 a.m. Tuesday, the suspect entered the store and demanded prescription drugs from the pharmacist. Once the pharmacist complied, a witness said the suspect ran out of the store and headed northbound on Bonforte Boulevard.
The suspect had been described as a Hispanic male, dark-complected, about 5-foot-8 with an average build. Police believe he may be in his 30s. At the time of the robbery, the suspect was seen wearing a white baseball cap with a dark-colored bill, a black sweatshirt, dark gray khaki pants and black plastic frame glasses with thick lenses. Surveillance shows that the suspect may have a tattoo on the left side of his neck.
Anyone with any information about the robbery is asked to call the Pueblo Crime Stoppers at 542-STOP.
