Police were called out to a Pueblo home Saturday afternoon regarding a man with a weapon. Dispatch received a call that a woman at the home was there with a man who may be armed.
When police arrived to the 2900 block of Lancaster, they discovered Richard Licon, 20, inside the home. After they made contact with him, he barricaded himself in the house with a female and a small child, refusing to come out.
After a short period of talking to Licon, officers were able to persuade him to come out without incident. Licon was taken to jail on multiple warrants. One was a no bond warrant for assault and harassment. The second was for driving under the influence, and the final was a municipal warrant for disorderly conduct. Licon is also on probation.
