Folks in Pueblo have an opportunity to weigh in on a proposed sewer project downtown.
The meeting will address a project to replace the sanitary sewer line in two alleys along the 100, 200 and 300 blocks of South Union and Victoria. It's part of the city's Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation project.
Bruce Maurello, engineering supervisor for the waste water department, said this phase of the project is expected to cost approximately $340,000. Funds for the entire project, projected to cost about $674,000, were approved in 2013, according to Maurello.
The hearing will take place Tuesday in the third floor conference room at the Chamber of Commerce located at 302 North Santa Fe Ave. It will start at 2 p.m.
