Police: Shoplifting Suspects Pepper Sprayed Security Guard

Police say two shoplifting suspects assaulted a security guard and used pepper spray before getting away.

It happened Monday at the Target on the 3300 block of Dillon Drive in Pueblo.

The suspects were reportedly spotted putting items into a gray bag while they were in the store.

The first suspect is described as a white man, 30 years old, 6-foot-4 and 280 pounds. He has a scruffy beard and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black baseball cap and black jeans.

The second suspect is a woman, around 20 years old, 5-foot-5 and 120 pounds. She was last seen wearing black clothes and gray boots.

Anyone with information is asked to call Pueblo Crime Stoppers at 542-STOP or go to the Crime Stoppers website.
