The Colorado Mental Health Institute in Pueblo says they have located a patient who walked away Thursday.

A missing patient from a mental health institute has been located.

The Colorado Mental Health Institute in Pueblo says Eugene Mattivi, 69, was found Thursday around 8 p.m. He reportedly walked off the grounds a few hours earlier.

Mattivi has been at the institute since 1977 for arson. His criminal history also includes criminal mischief and property damage.
