A Crime Stoppers tip led to the arrest of a man accused of attempted first-degree murder.
Daniel Erd, 23, was wanted in connection to a shooting November 23. It happened on the 1300 block of E. 9th Street in Pueblo. Police say the victim was found shot and in critical condition.
Erd was reportedly detained by State Patrol later that day, but investigators didn't have enough evidence at that point to make an arrest.
Erd was arrested Wednesday near a home on West 17th Street. Police say Erd ran out the back door, but was caught a short distance away.
He is being held on $500,000 bond.
