Three German shepherds are recovering after being thrown out of a truck at the Pueblo Motorsports Park.

That happened on October 1st.

A witness saw a man in a blue Dodge truck toss the dogs out, but the truck drove away before the witness could get the license plate numbers.

All three dogs were emaciated, and one of the females had an embedded collar, which had to be removed by a veterinarian. The dogs are currently being treated at Pueblo Animal Services.
