A strange discovery led a bomb squad to an unoccupied home in Pueblo Thursday afternoon.
A local landlord was doing a walk-through at a recently vacated house on La Salle Road when she came across a strange-looking bottle with liquid inside and hoses attached. Suspicions raised, she called the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office to check it out.
The area around the 1800 block of La Salle Road was closed for a couple of hours while a bomb squad investigated the item. Eventually, the bomb squad figured out what it was--a homemade drip watering system left behind by the former tenant in the home.
