Believe me the man stabbed should have gotten worse don't judge unless you are aware of all the fact. The victim here is probably Ernesto, because the other has a mouth.

Well said Homer. I was there and Ernesto was found innocent. It was self defense. He held out a knife and the other individual after he and his friends beat him with bottles, ran into it while trying to beat him down some more in the parking lot. Ernesto just wanted to go home. Too bad this will follow him the rest of his life.

Bob, do you know why he stabved him? Do you know if he is in fact wasting tax money? Maybe he pays taxes himself? Funny I can't tell he is legally here or not, I also dont see a reason saying why he did what he did...Maybe you shouldn't be so quick to judge people becuase they are a different race than you?

Bob, what is it exactly that causes you to assume that he is not a US Citizen? His name or his looks does not cause this assumption, does it? I would assume that you know this individual..

Martinez does not appear to be a U S citizen. If he is, prosecute. If not, shoot him and ship him back. We always seem to get the rejects, so reject them. If he is a U.S. citizen then release him. Why waste taxpayer money? He will be out on bail and back in the flow immediately. Case closed.

I was there and I know both individuals. Ernesto was found innocent. He and his family are from the US. Hell he dosent even speak spanish. It was 100% self defense. What they dont tell you is there were several individuals beating him with bottels, chairs, kicking him etc. prior to the stabbing. Cost him $20,000.00 to prove his innocence. This will follow him the rest of his life. He did nothing wrong.
