PUEBLO, Colo. Officers with the Pueblo Police Department Traffic Section have an arrest warrant out for Victor Montour , for the hit and run accident on March 11, 2014, where a white Jaguar was driven into a house in the 1900 Block of Hollywood Drive, in Pueblo, killing Johnnie Hagerman, and injuring his wife, Lori Hagerman. The bond for the warrant was $100,000.

Officers obtained a search warrant Thursday, and spent some time searching the home late morning and early afternoon. Police told 11 News no arrest was made.

Police are searching for a suspect accused of plowing through the front of a home on Tuesday night, then running away from the scene. One occupant in the home, 46-year-old Johnne Hagerman, was killed, while a woman inside sustained minor injuries.

The incident happened around 7:45 p.m. Tuesday on the 1900 block of Hollywood Drive, near Northern Avenue. The driver was last seen running north on Hollywood, weaving between houses. He's described as an Hispanic man, who was wearing dark clothing and had dark hair. He's about 5-foot-6 or 5-foot-7.

The vehicle involved was reported stolen on Tuesday. 11 News has learned it belonged to a local defense attorney in Pueblo. Police say the owner didn't realize it was stolen until officers tracked her down the night of the crash.
