Former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton is calling the kidnapping of nearly 300 girls in Nigeria by an Islamic extremist group an "act of terrorism."
And Clinton is also accusing the Nigerian government of being "somewhat derelict" in protecting its people.
The girls were abducted three weeks ago by the group Boko Haram, which is also threatening to sell them.
Meanwhile, Boko Haram is also being blamed for Monday night's killing of some 300 villagers near the Cameroon border.
