NEWARK, N.J. (AP) -- Authorities have accused a Justin Bieber impersonator in Canada of threatening and sexually abusing a 12-year-old New Jersey girl on a video chat site.

Acting Essex County Prosecutor Carolyn Murray says 34-year-old Lee Moir of Toronto, Ontario, posed as the pop star on Facebook. Authorities allege he threatened to harm the girl's family to force her to perform sex acts online. It's unclear if Moir used photos of Bieber on his Facebook page, but authorities say the girl realized it wasn't the singer during the video chat.

He was arrested after an undercover Canadian officer posed as a 14-year-old girl online. Authorities say Moir engaged the officer in sexual conversations and requested a meeting and was arrested.

He's charged in Canada with luring, manufacturing child pornography and extortion.

I do argee with the below comment, however it doesn't make it right that some pedo was harassing a young girl or any girl for that matter, especially at his age. It's 2012, kid have Ipods, Laptops, Iphones, and the works, it's a different age from when I grew up for sure. I don't see age requirements for these types of devices, and there shouldn't be cause you know its not about how old the girl is, you turned it around and basically blamed her for him being a sick minded idiot.
