Triple Fatal Accident Charges

Police in Arvada say an 18-year-old faces charges in the deaths of three friends in a car he was driving.

Jeremiah Ogden faces three counts of careless driving resulting in death as well as two driver's license violations.

One of those violations was of a Colorado law that denied teens the right to have more than one passenger in a vehicle until they are 18.

The accident occurred the day before his birthday.

The three victims, all 17, were Kayla DeMars, Angelina Ford and Daniel LoSasso.

Ogden is to appear in court October 25th.
