The father of a Castle View High School cheerleader has been arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting one of her teammates.
The man has been identified as 46-year-old Carl Ruch.
Douglas County School's spokesman Whei Wong said officials have met with parents of members of the squad to discuss the incident, which allegedly occurred during a sleep-over.
The victim was a 16-year-old girl, and the attack occurred sometime between July 2nd and August 12th.
Ruch is the owner of a financial services company in Denver and has no prior criminal record.
Deputy Heyden says deputies may be ready to present the case to prosecutors next week.
Ruch was being held on $50,000 bond.
