A man who has been living in Pueblo for four years is now on his way to Australia to face murder charges.

Jason Wayde Hudock, 45, was arrested by federal authorities last week at his home on Blake Street.

He is being charged with a 1999 murder in Australia. Police said after an argument with a friend, Hudock shot him in the head and then dismembered the body in an effort to cover up evidence.
