A prospective homebuyer saw a lot more than expected while checking out a house in Jefferson County.

Authorities say a realtor was showing the home to a would-be buyer when they found the body of a man on the ground near the house.

The realtor called 911.

Authorities said it appears the man had been there for some time, based on the amount of decomposition.

The person was described as an adult male, between 5'8" and 5'10", with a medium build and a long black ponytail. He was wearing newer blue jeans, a grey t-shirt with the word "DECA," and brown work shoes.

Sheriff's officials say they have no leads to the man's identity so far.

Anyone with information is being urged to call the Jefferson County sheriff's office tip line

Actually, what I don't understand is that though the headline suggest that the body was inside the home, the story cleary states that "the body of a man on the ground near the house." I don't understand the media...somtime things are blown so out of porportion.
