A judge ordered former JonBenet Ramsey suspect John Mark Karr released on bond Sunday on charges stemming from an argument with his girlfriend and father.
Fulton County Magistrate Judge Jay Roth said Karr may be released on a three-dollar signature bond.
Karr was expected to be released from the county jail later in the day.
Officers received a 911 call on July 6 from his father's house in suburban Atlanta about an argument, according to Sandy Springs police.
Karr was arrested last summer in Thailand after making false confessions in the 6-year-old beauty contestant's death ten years earlier.
But authorities freed the sometime teacher obsessed with the little girl's slaying after he was brought back to the U.S. and they were unable to find any evidence linking him to the crime, or even that he'd been in the Boulder at the time.
