A man arrested on suspicion of being involve in a hit-and-run collision that killed an 8-year-old boy in a go-cart was charged with two felonies.
Prosecutors Friday filed charges of leaving the scene of an accident and tampering with physical evidence against 31-year-old Sean Christopher Daniels of Westminster.
Daniels is believed to have been behind the wheel of a 1995 Chevrolet truck that struck a go-cart carrying Quinton Von Duyke and his brother, 10-year-old Kaeden Von Duyke, on a Westminster street on June 23.
Daniels was arrested days later at a campground near Steamboat Springs.
