Prosecutors Friday filed charges of leaving the scene of an accident and tampering with physical evidence against 31-year-old Sean Christopher Daniels of Westminster.

Daniels is believed to have been behind the wheel of a 1995 Chevrolet truck that struck a go-cart carrying Quinton Von Duyke and his brother, 10-year-old Kaeden Von Duyke, on a Westminster street on June 23.
